Sabaku Nekoken
(Japanese for Desert Cat Fist or better arranged as Fist of The Desert Cat)

Created by Bastet for the sole use of the original Catman and the future successors, this style started out primitive and has evolved over the many years to add and subtract what is beneficial or detrimental to the style. Bastet was inspired by the Chinese monks who swore by their hand to hand combat, so she had based the original style upon the observations she had made. For quite some time she would personally shape the style with new techniques she had learned or developed herself until the style was strong enough to let the Catmans adapt it on their own. Much like Bruce Lee's famous Jeet Kune Do, the style makes use of a formless approach. A successor will always be taught many different forms of martial arts so that when they become a master, they will have a comprehensive list of techniques to draw from. No two Catmans fight the same way, as each has their preferences on what types of moves to use. Sabaku Nekoken users are taught to observe and invent new techniques based upon their experiences of fighting.

There are special techniques unique to Sabaku Nekoken that can summon the very spirits of the entire Catman hierarchy, as well as call upon Bastet herself. On top of this, some Catmans were able to teleport vast distances, fly for as long as they wished, instantly propel themselves at lightspeed, stop time for long periods, travel to different dimensions and realities or withstand explosions that are hotter than the sun.
Piece by piece. I'm building this dimension.

Next will probably be something to do with the links to Bastet and the hierachy.
